Obituary for Thomas Burrel Moore
Thomas Burrell Moore died July 10, 2021 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Thomas was born October 21,1956 in Bloomington, Illinois to Phyllis Joann Widdow Moore and Burrell Moore.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Arivas Moore. They were married December 4, 1980 in St. Roche
Church in Olangapa City, Philippines. He is also survived by sisters, Debbie (Jim Gardner) O'Hara
of Springfield and Rebecca (Terry) Girdzus of Germantown Hills.
Proceeding him in death were his parents and sister, Linda (Brian) Carlson of Oquawka, Illinois.
Following his service in the U.S. Navy he and Linda returned to Central Illinois. They
enjoyed camping and fishing.
A service will be held at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield, Illinois at 11a.m. on Monday, July 19, 2021.
