Obituary for Thelma Richards
Thelma L. Richards, 91, of Farmington passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Farmington Country Manor. She was born September 28, 1928 in Farmington to Raymond and Gladys E. Stone Murphy. She married Harris Richards; he preceded her in death in 2013. Her parents and son, Terry Richards also preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Cinda Rogers, Kathy (LeRoy) Richards, Connie (Kenny) Joos; grandchildren, Troy, Jessa, Jenna, Tommy, Kim, Jared, Sonia, Jeremy, Chris, Misty, Adam; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and sister, Dorothy (Jim) Perry. Thelma worked as a CNA at Belwood retiring in 1992. She loved her family and cooking for family gatherings. Thelma was loving, kind and giving to others. Per her wish’s cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
