Obituary for Steven Miller
Steven C. Miller, 67, of Bartonville, IL passed away at 12:40 am Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Born January 26, 1951 in Peoria to William and Sara (Flora) Miller.
He was preceded in death by his twin brothers, Jeffrey and Joel; brother, John and his parents.
Surviving is his brother, Bill (Nancy) of Fort Calhoun, NE and his sister, Ann (Ray) Ogden of Bartonville, IL.
Steven was a graduate of Richwoods High School. After school he served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and was a proud Vietnam Veteran. He later worked at Mitsubishi Motors in Bloomington for several years before becoming disabled.
He had a love for people and it showed with his second family of friends from Jim Dandy’s. If you were lucky to be his friend, you were his friend forever. The Family would like to thank his friends for always being there for him.
Cremation has been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Jim Dandy’s Lounge in Bartonville from 6 to 8 pm.
