Richard “Dick” Thomas Bliss, 74, of Peoria passed away Monday, July 12, 2021, at his residence.
He was born June 8, 1947, in Peoria to Aurther R. and Edith M. Daily Bliss.
He married Paula Marie; she preceded him in death May 10, 2015.
He is survived by his children, Edith M. Bliss, Georgia M. Mayall, Cathy Jo Arnett and Aurther R. Pittensbarger.
Richard worked for Sherman Muths, retiring in March 2012.
Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date.
