Obituary for Nancy Lee Hoffman
Nancy Lee Hoffman, 75, of Chillicothe, passed away Friday evening, July 22, 2022 at UnityPoint Health Methodist in Peoria.
Nancy was born May 2, 1947 in Peoria, to Paul Peters and Betty Johnson Peters. She married Loren L. Hoffman on May 29, 1965. He survives.
Also surviving are Nancy’s sons, Don (Sue) Hoffman of Chillicothe, and Loren (Traci) Hoffman of Jamestown, IN. She was blessed with five grandchildren: Tyler, of Charlotte, NC; Logan, of San Antonio, TX; Lindsey, of Tucson, AZ; Mackenzie, of Friendswood, TX; and Jordan, of Jamestown, IN.
Nancy was a homemaker and, when asked what her dream job would have been she said, “a Mother.” She enjoyed traveling and movies, and loved animals of every kind.
Cremation has been accorded and a graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 4, 2022, at Lawn Ridge Cemetery 20715 N 5th Street, Edelstein, IL 61526.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her name.
