Milo “King Fish” Burton Turbett Jr., 75, of East Peoria passed away Saturday, August 20, 2022, at Sharon Healthcare Elms in Peoria.
He was born September 6, 1946, in Peoria to Milo Burton and Edna Turbett Sr. His parents and son, Randy Dean Turbett preceded him in death.
He is survived by his sons, Chad A. (Erika) Turbett of East Peoria, Corey J. Turbett of East Peoria; daughters, Cortney N. Turbett of East Peoria, Miranda L. Turbett of East Peoria and grandchildren, Trista, Tinley, Kyzen, Kinzlee and Keegan.
Milo served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was the owner of Cycle Creations from 1978-1981 then Tri-County Tree Service till 2014. He was a longtime volunteer of IMDA.
Milo was an avid NASCAR fan. He loved traveling, motorcycles, and classic cars.
Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date.
