Obituary for Michael Poore
Michael LeRoy Poore, 62, of Peoria passed away Monday, December 3, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born January 21, 1956 in Webster, IA to John William and Verval LaVonne Powell Poore. His parents preceded him in death. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle (Sean) White; grandchildren, Gary White, Michaela White; siblings, William (Debra) Poore, John Poore, James (Wendy) Poore, Boona Poore, Johna Andre, Lillie Ballard and many nieces and nephews. Mike served in the U.S. Army and worked for Salem Hammer Mill until 2012. He was a musician and played the guitar and banjo. He loved music especially Bluegrass. Per his wishes cremation has been accorded and private family services will be held.
