Obituary for Mary Henshilwood
Mary (Honeick) Henshilwood, 72, of Peoria passed away Sunday, April 14, 2013. She was born January 17, 1942 in Ft. Wayne, IN. She married John Henshilwood in Peoria May 16, 1987. She was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Stierly and her son, Roger Hietger Jr. Surviving are her husband, John; brothers, Dave (Arlene) Honeick and Daniel (Nora) Honeick both of Ft. Wayne, IN; her sister, Sandy (Don) Myers of Laotto, IN; 3 granddaughters, Racheal Atherton of Germantown, Erica Atherton of Spring Bay, Jackie (Ben) Polston of Washington and 7 great-grandchildren. She operated Mary’s Small Talk Daycare for 21 years and was an avid bowler. Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service will be held Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior at 6:00 p.m. at First English Lutheran Church in Peoria. Memorials may be made to Scottish Rite Learning Center in Peoria in her name.
