Obituary for Luther Greenstreet
Luther William Greenstreet, 80, of Washington passed away Sunday, July 19, 2020 at Sunset Manor in Canton.
He was born October 13, 1939 in Pearl to Orville W. and Julia Powell Greenstreet.
He married Dianna J. Conarro May 26, 1962 in Peoria; she survives. He is also survived by his children, Luther (Nina) Greenstreet, Jr., Kim Carson, Kevin Greenstreet; grandchildren, Nathan Greenstreet, Kyle Carson, Brandon Carson, Kevin Greenstreet II, Maelynn Greenstreet and Carlos and brother, David (Shelly) Fraizer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Martha Ann, Clara May and granddaughter, Taylor Ann Greenstreet.
Luther worked for Caterpillar, retiring February 1, 1992. He loved his family, NASCAR, woodworking, fishing, and hunting.
Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in his name.
