Obituary for Jina "Bonne" McMullen
Jina “Bonne” McMullen, passed away peacefully, at Sharon Elms Healthcare, in Peoria, on August 31, 2018. Bonne was born in Peoria, on July 30, 1962, the daughter of Jack and Helen (Harding) Simpson. She is survived by three children. Jessica Simpson of Washington, Jasmine Richards of St. Louis, Trace McMullen of Peoria. She is survived by four brothers, Jan (Cindy) Simpson and Joel Simpson of Peoria, Barry (Jamie) Simpson of Creve Coeur, Jordan (Nancy) Simpson of Washington and two sisters, Julie Richards and Judy Connor of St. Louis. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. Bonne loved crafting, thrift stores and had a heart for giving to others. She enjoyed her only grandson Dominic and loved the time she spent with him. She was an aunt to many nieces and nephews. She had a love for Christ and now knows fully the love he has for her. Cremation rights have been accorded and a private service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be forwarded to the South Side Mission.
