Obituary for Jesse Ramos
Jesse Marion Ramos 90, of Chillicothe, IL passed away Wednesday August 17, 2011 at his residence. He was born June 1, 1921 in Wilburn, IL to Soledad and Julia Razo Ramos. He married Consuelo Ibarra September 28, 1951. She survives along with his daughters, Patricia (Charlie) Grier of Germantown Hills, IL, Mary Margaret (Gary) Haselton of Des Moines, IA, brother, Albert (Sara) Ramos of Moline, IL, and sisters, Joanne Adams, Rachel (Willie) Espinoza, Dora (Victor) Gonzalez and Mary Galindo all of Chillicothe, IL. He is also survived by one grandchild and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Alford Ramos and two sisters, Beatrice Avila and Lope Serreno. Jesse worked at Arrowhead Country Club. He was a member of St. Edwards Catholic Church in Chillicothe where a Memorial Mass will be held Saturday August 27, 2011 at 10 am. Cremation has been accorded and burial of cremains will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Harbor Light Hospice in his name.
