Obituary for Irene Welker
Irene M. Welker, 74, of Ellisville passed away Monday, March 19, 2018 at her home. She was born August 10, 1943 to Ralph and Zella (Fitch) Pierce. She is survived by her husband Jimmy Welker; her daughter, Becky (Jason) Welker Crane; grandchildren, Mikahla and Colyn and her siblings, Everett (Lucy) Pierce of Bushnell, Paul (Pat) Pierce of Canton, Ellen (Dale) Pierce of Canton and George (Gloria) Bandle of Gilson. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Jimmy “Bud” Welker; her parents; two brothers, Dale Pierce of Canton, Howard Magers of Jacksonville, FL and two sisters, Maxine “Mickey” Hall of Canton and Gloria Bandle of Gilson. Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded and no visitation or funeral services will be held. A dual celebration of life date for Irene and her son, Bud on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the VFW in Canton.
