Obituary for Eva Eddlemon
Eva Maria Eddlemon died on September 17, 2017 at home in Peoria Heights, IL surrounded by her husband and very special family members Michael E. Eddlemon, Jr., his wife Tamantha and their children, Alexander, Orion and Kate Eddlemon. Many thanks to Tami for her compassion and loving nursing care and her family for their sacrifice of Tami’s time to be “Aunt” Eva’s private nurse. She was born October 14, 1954 in Lake Jackson, TX, the only child of Angela Magdalena Fischer and Heinz Karl Fischer. She married Thomas Franklin Eddlemon on August 17, 1984 in Peoria, IL; he survives. She is also survived by step-sisters, April Erickson of Surprise, AZ and Constance Moukarbel and her daughter, Anita Sander of Peoria, IL. She was preceded in death by her mother in 1957 and her father in 1999. Eva was an avid cruiser and had spent numerous days at sea since 2000. Unfortunately she was not able to take her “cruise of a lifetime”; 29 days through the Caribbean including 10 days on the Amazon River. Remember to always live your dreams as tomorrow may never come. Eva will be greatly missed. Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held per Eva’s request.
