Obituary for Elaine Ellington
Elaine M. Ellington, 67, of Peoria passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born August 2, 1951 in Peoria to Jim and Barbara Short. Her parents and brother, Ronnie Short preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Keith Ellington, Angela (Cloyd) Barden, Christopher Ellington; grandchildren, Cody, Casi, Layne and Chase and one great-grandchild on the way. Elaine loved her family and was a second mother to Gary and Sarah Pearl and family. She enjoyed SIFI and the Weather Channel. The family thanks the Pearl family for their love and support of Elaine. Cremation has been accorded and private family services will be held.
