Dwayne A. Miller, 53, of Peoria passed away Saturday, August 22, 2020 at his residence.
He was born May 1, 1967 in Peoria to Kenneth and Glena John Miller. His parents; infant brother, Christopher John and all his grandparents preceded him in death.
He is survived by his children, Austin M. (Justin Decker) Miller, Seth Miller, Hope Miller, Jett Miller, Paityn Miller; grandchildren, Aiden Miller, Kylie Elise Miller; siblings, Tori (Richard) Miller Barth, Rick Miller; many nieces and nephews and his previous wife, Connie Miller.
Dwayne graduated from Peoria Central High School in 1986. He worked for Local 69 as a roofer and worked at many restaurants, he loved cooking. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved NASCAR, stock car racing and Tony Stewart was his favorite NASCAR driver. He grew up playing hockey and loved attending games. Dwayne loved camping, fishing, and the outdoors. He would give the shirt off his back if someone needed it.
Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Peoria Rescue Mission in his name.
