Dale Edward Helms, 71, of Bartonville passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021, at UnityPoint Health Methodist in Peoria.
He was born June 24, 1950, in Peoria to Raymond and Leona Pye Helms. His parents preceded him in death.
He is survived by his siblings, Michael (Jerelyn) Helms, Mary Helms, Phyllis (Steve) Kawolsky; six nephews; one niece and his dog, Ava.
Dale worked as a forklift driver. He loved to fish, and work in his flower garden with his dog, Ava.
Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
