Constance Colleen Clarke Sander Moukarbel, 81, of Peoria passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018 in Peoria. Connie was born on January 25, 1937 in Peoria to Wanda I. Hall and Richard B. Clarke. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Vincent Sander; sisters, Vera Cumming, Rickie King and brothers, Richard Clarke and William Clarke. Connie leaves behind her son, Ricky (Angela) Sander; daughter, Anita Lynn Sander; grandchildren, Dalton Lee, John Thomas, Danielle Alexis (Brandon) Boler, Stephanie Ribak; three great-grandchildren; sister, April Ann Erickson; sister-in-law, Joyce Clarke and several nieces and nephews. Connie was a realtor in Peoria; last working at Purple Realty. She was a loving mother and she was very devoted to her daughter Anita and son, Rick.
