Obituary for Connie Eggers
Connie Lynn Eggers, 71, of Canton passed away Monday, November 12, 2018 at her residence. She was born September 20, 1947 to Robert and Barbara Hulet Franklin. She married Clarence E. Eggers January 19, 1989 in Peoria; he preceded her in death January 8, 2012. Her parents; brother, Ronnie; sisters, Dolores and Kay; step-daughter, Rachelle Hall; grandson, Caleb Weaver and great-grandson, Bentley Thurman also preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Billie (Joe) Picton, Brian (Margie) Clelland, Steven (Amy) White, Susan (Wayne) Alesandrini; step-children, Rodney Eggers, Renee Eggers, Troy Eggers; sixteen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and siblings, Pete Rasmussen, Mike Franklin and Jim Franklin. Connie worked as a CNA and in many restaurants and bakeries. She loved her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed camping, fishing, her animals and singing her country music. Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice in her name. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co.
