Charlene B. Clemens, 67, of Chillicothe passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Hallmark Healthcare of Pekin.
She was born January 23, 1953 in Saginaw, MI to Charles and Pearl Kircher Nebergall.
She married David Wayne Clemens Sr.; he preceded her in death December 19, 2006. Her parents; brother, Roger Nebergall, and sister, Sharon DeForest also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, David (Amber) Clemens Jr., Carissa Clemens and grandchild, Sawyer Foster.
Charlene loved her family and animals. She donated her time in her children’s schools. Charlene was an avid reader.
Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Hallmark Healthcare of Pekin in her name.
