Obituary for Barbara McGinnis
Barbara Clair McGinnis 65, of Pekin passed away Monday March 21, 2011 at Pekin Hospital. She was born October 10, 1945 in Pekin to Raymond and Edna Stoneking Long. She married Arthur W. McGinnis in 1968 in Pekin. He survives along with her brother; Roland (Rachel) Long of Martinsville, IN and her 2 nephews; Arek (Christina) Long of Los Angeles, Ca and Adam Long of Indianapolis, IN. Barbara was a member of the McArthur Drive Baptist Church in North Pekin. A Funeral Service will be held Friday March 25, 2011 at 12:30 pm at Abts Mortuary in Pekin with a Visitation from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. Pastor Bobby Barnhill will officiate. Burial will follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin. Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House. Arrangements have been entrusted to Abts Mortuary in Pekin.
