Obituary for Dale Foley
Dale Lynn Foley, 76, of Pekin passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born June 13, 1941 in Danville, KY to Henry and Viola Wilson Foley. His parents; sisters, Carol Hardisty, Doris Beebe; brother-in-law, Norman Beebe and nephew, Rick Callaway preceded him in death. He is survived by his sister, Pat Ward of Pekin and seven nieces and nephews. Dale served in the U.S. Army as a sharpshooter from 1961 to 1963 in Germany. He worked as a roofer for Local 69 Roofers; retiring in 2002. Per his wishes cremation has been accorded and a graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at the Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery on North 8th Street in Pekin.
