Obituary for Johnny J. King
Johnny J. King, 81, of Manito, IL passed away Sunday, February 12, 2023, at Pekin Manor in Pekin, IL.
He was born December 8, 1941, in Oklahoma City, OK to Lorene Norene Davis and John Hutke. His parents preceded him in death.
He married Kimerly Clampitt; she survives. He is also survived by his children, Lora (Christopher) Kemper, Rebecca Brassard, Johnny King II; grandchildren, Amanda Biggs, Mikayla Montgomery, Gabby Brassard, Lexi Brassard, Zak Kemper, Johnny King III, Lily McGrew, Mark Kemper, Jaycee Mayfield and greatgrandchildren, Mason Thompson and Ares Horton.
Johnny served in the U.S. Army as a Green Beret and retired from the military in 1985.
He loved his family and friends. He also loved fishing and enjoyed video poker and scary movies.
Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
