Obituary for Deborah Ann Herberger
Deborah Ann Herberger, 71, of Canton passed away at 1:07 a.m. on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
She was born July 8, 1951, in Peoria to Myron A. and Marilyn A. Cassidy Owens.
She married Gregor J. Herberger July 25, 1980, in Peoria; he preceded her in death April 14, 2016. Her parents and sister, Sheila Richardson also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, Tanya (John) Parshall, Greg (Annette) Roberts, Christina Roberts, Leon Roberts; fourteen grandchildren and siblings, Mike Owens, and James Owens.
Deborah loved her family, gardening, crafting, quilting, and crocheting. She also loved her dog, Katie and her grand dogs, Nala and Simba. She enjoyed fishing, being on the lake and jet skiing with her grandson, Elian.
Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022, from 3-5 p.m. at Township Park, 23352 E. Park Road, Farmington, IL 61531.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in her name.
