Gary L. Hart Sr., 72, of Pekin passed away Sunday, April 3, 2022, at UnityPoint Health Methodist in Peoria.
He was born December 24, 1949, in Peoria to Carl F. and Laverne Scheeler Hart. His parents; daughter, Jennifer Hart and six siblings preceded him in death.
He is survived by his children, Gary (Michele) Hart Jr., Kristy (Daniel) Black; four grandchildren; four sisters and one brother.
Gary worked for Caterpillar retiring in 2008.
He loved his family. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and softball.
Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date.
