Obituary for Rose M. Pippin
Rose M. Pippin, 75, of Glasford passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021, at River Crossing of East Peoria.
She was born September 5, 1946, in Canton to Donald and Lorraine Wheeler Gilpin.
She married Charlie G. Pippin January 11, 1974; he survives. She is also survived by her children, William Watkins, Tiffany Pippin, Raeline (Richard) Pippin, Kay Pippin; grandchildren, Kiara Lancaster, Bryson Clauson, Briana Alexander, Haley Alexander, Jason Alexander; five great-grandchildren and special cousin, Patricia Doubet.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Gene Stammer and grandson, Chris Clauson.
Rose worked for a chemical company retiring in 2004.
She loved her family very much. Rose was a member of the Red Hats, and American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed drinking Pepsi at the local haunts and social gatherings. She loved being with people and enjoyed life to the fullest. Rose made the world go right for all the people she met. She showed you love, compassion and had a wonderful sense of humor and strength.
Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
