Obituary for Evelyn M. Lambert
Evelyn M. Lambert 95, of Dunlap passed away on Saturday February 9, 2008 at Liberty Village of Peoria Manor Court. Born in Clinton, IN on November 11, 1912 to Dominic and Vincenza Lazarotto Moro, she married Howard V. Lambert in Chicago on March 4, 1939, he preceded her in death on November 25, 1999 along with her 5 sisters and her brother. She is survived by her children; Randall (Sallie) Lambert of Skokie, Lois (Jim) Mannaioni of Dunlap, Diane (George) Letcher of Atchison, KS and her 8 grand, 9 great grand and 2 great great grandchildren. Evelyn was a homemaker and was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, former member of St. Vincent’s church. She was a life long active member of her church, were she attended daily mass and participated in church activities. Cremation has been accorded and a memorial mass will be held for her on Saturday February 16, at St. Jude Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m.. Father R. Anthony Lee will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. The family request in Lieu flowers memorials be made to St. Jude Catholic Church, St. Jude Research Hospital or Pancreatic Cancer Action Network 2221 Rosencrans, El Segundo, CA 90245.
