Obituary for William Wright
William L. Wright, 65, of East Peoria passed away Friday, April 26, 2019 at his residence. He was born September 1, 1953 in Peoria to William F. and Eva P. Wright Baer. He married Peggy J. Keen; she survives. He is also survived by his son, Anthony Wright; siblings, Carol A. Benson, Dianne M. Elgin, Mary Beth Brashers, Sue E. Rennard, Dale E. Wright, Perry D. Wright, Jonathan L. Wright, Myra K. Grimm, Laura L. Siegrist, Steven E. Wright and many nieces and nephews. His parents and brother, Paul A. Wright preceded him in death. William served in the U.S. Marines. He worked as a storage unit manager until retiring in 2016. William loved camping, fishing, garage sales, Eagles and antiquing. He collected Coca Cola and John Deere memorabilia. William never met a stranger who he would not talk to. Cremation has been accorded and private services will be held.
