Obituary for William Redford Levi
William Redford Levi, 57, of Peoria passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024, at his residence.
He was born July 4, 1966, in Peoria.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jason Andrew Levi; adoptive parents, William L. and Theresa M. Levi; birth parents, Clarence and Joyce Levi and siblings, Kathy (Jimmy) Ellis, Diana Hinshaw and Danielle Webb.
He married his loving wife, Tammy L. Hutchinson on November 4, 2006, in Peoria; she survives. He is also survived by his children, Joshua Levi, Billy Voos, Zack Voos, Jessica (Ed) Schimmelpfennig; stepchildren, Ryan Stanley, Kimberly Humes, Angel Cumming, Cassandra Callahan, Lee Callahan, Beverly Daniels; nineteen grandchildren and siblings, Dorene Boyer, Margaret Levi, Cindy Levi, Kim Levi, Carol Williams, Amy Levi, Ginger Howe and Don Howe II.
William loved his family and was a loving husband, father and grandpa. He was loved by so many people and made a new friend wherever he went. He had the biggest heart with the most caring and loving personality you could think of.
He loved bartending and worked for Walmart for 13 years. He enjoyed playing pool and darts. Music was part of his soul and was the #1 Chicago Cubs fan and Dallas Cowboys fan.
Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Fraternal Order of Eagles 1704 S. East Lane, Peoria, IL 61605. Covered dishes are welcome.
