Obituary for William Arnold Kline
William Arnold Kline, 84, of Peoria passed away Friday, December 23, 2022, at UnityPoint Health Methodist in Peoria.
He was born June 29, 1938, in Battle Creek, MI to Clayton and Gladys Eckler Kline. His parents; daughter, Kandi Kline and sister, Leatha Linders preceded him in death.
He married Phyllis J. Sudbrink May 15, 1965, in Peoria; they were married for 57 years, 7 months and 8 days. She survives along with his children, Rick Allen Kline, Regina L. Kline, Karleen Singleton; grandchildren, Sarah Singleton, Kaycee Singleton, Erick Singleton, Evelyn Lamastus, Quentin Hood, Dalan Hood, Jada Alexander, Kobe Alexander, and many great-grandchildren.
William served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He loved his family. He enjoyed mowing the lawn and playing with his grandkids. William was a very hard worker. He was sweet, caring and loved teasing Phyllis.
Per his wishes cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
