Obituary for Violet Marshall
Violet Marshall 56, of Pekin passed away Saturday July 31, 2010 at Fondulac Rehabilitation Care Center in East Peoria. She was born September 14, 1953 in Pekin to Norman and Elizabeth DuPage Gale. Her father and grandparents preceded her in death. She is survived by her mother; Elizabeth (George) Johnson, sister; Patricia Gale, brothers; Arron (Trinh) Gale, Richard (Amy) Brayford, children; Sam (Amy) Marshall, and Donny Shields. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Sydney, Skyler, Sully, 3 nephews and many cousins, aunts and uncles. Violet had a great sense of humor and she was a very hard worker. She was a loyal friend to all that knew her. She was a great mom and grandmother. She will be greatly missed. The family would like to give Hospice and all her friends special thanks for everything they did. Cremation has been accorded.
