Obituary for Todd Meuth
Todd G. Meuth, 57, of Canton, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at his residence unexpectedly of natural causes.
Todd was born on September 5, 1962 to the late George and Kerith (Int-Hout) Meuth in Canton, IL.
He is survived by his son, Anthony (Amanda) Meuth; his twin grandsons Nathan and Nolan; his two brothers Weston (Kathleen) Meuth and Pat (Joyce) Meuth; a nephew and three nieces; three great-nephews and two great-nieces; his ‘little feller’ (dog) Earl.
Todd studied Information Technology at Spoon River College and worked for many years as an Information Systems Planner in the Illinois Lottery Department. He was interested in nature, science, especially outer space, photography, and rock music (played the louder the better). He had attended some memorable concerts over the years. Todd had a quick wit and a quirky sense of humor. He could build a PC from assorted components and repair most things on his car. Todd particularly loved his mother’s special lemon cake. One of his favorite memories was when he and his brothers feasted on dinners at their mother’s apartment, usually devouring everything in sight. She loved feeding her boys. We’ll miss you our broder. ‘scrotch’
A family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
