Obituary for Terry R. Cook
Terry R. Cook, 79, of Peoria, IL passed away Friday, February 10, 2023, at Accolade Healthcare of Peoria.
He was born June 23, 1943, in Cromwell, KY to Raymond and Geraldine Davis Cook. His parents and sister, Sharon Boyle preceded him in death.
He is survived by is children, Melissa Ingles, Wendy (Troy) McGinnis; siblings, Jerry (Carol) Cook, John (Cathy) Cook and grandchildren, Cody Marfell, Casey Cook, Hailey Ingles, Abrielle McGinnis, Lexie McGinnis and Ethan McGinnis.
Terry worked for Morton Welding until retiring in 2000.
Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
