Obituary for Tamara Kay Singleton
Tamara Kay Singleton 45, of Peoria passed away on Tuesday April 28, 2009 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Born in Peoria on February 7, 1964 to Edna McShan and Wil Singleton. She is survived by her mother, sisters; Kathleen (Cedric) Smith, Cynthia Singleton and Kerry Singleton all of Peoria, brother Willie (Sue) Singleton of Moline, maternal grandmother Annie Moss of Peoria, fiancée Darrell Thomas of Peoria and several nieces and nephews including; DiShai Beck, Shaquillo Beck and Jaliyah Singleton. Her father and infant sister preceded her in death. Tamara was a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at S.C. II. A visitation will be held on Saturday May 2, at Abts Mortuary 905 S. 5th St. Pekin from 2 to 4 p.m. there will be no service and cremation will be accorded following the visitation. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. is assisting the family with arrangements.
