Obituary for Sue Ann Cotten
Sue Ann Cotten, 89, of Bartonville, IL passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at her residence.
She was born on September 8, 1935, in Dallas, TX to James Woodrow and Nina Mae Romans Harvill.
She married Joseph A. Cotten; he preceded her in death in 2021. Her son, Lintz Briggs; parents; brother, James Harvill and sister, Sarah Newton also preceded her in death.
Sue is survived by her daughter, Rosanna (George C.) Krause.
She worked for the Peoria County Court House until retiring in 2005.
Sue loved her family and dancing, especially ballroom dancing. She enjoyed bowling, embroidering and sewing. Sue never hurt anyone’s feelings. She cherished her Baptist faith.
Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
