Shirley Ann Rowe, 75, of Washington passed away Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Carle Health Methodist in Peoria.
She was born September 11, 1949, in Peoria to Charles and Eva Doubet Schulz. Her parents preceded her in death.
She married James M. Rowe on October 8, 1977, in East Peoria; he survives. She is also survived by her children, Robert (Cassandra) Rowe, Brian Rowe, Timothy Rowe; grandchildren, Jacob Rowe, Caitlyn Rowe and siblings, Linda (Wes) Read and Fred (Jody) Schulz.
Shirley loved her family and enjoyed horseback riding and her pet cats and dogs. She was a Chicago Cubs and Chicago Blackhawks fan and enjoyed watching NASCAR.
Cremation has been accorded and private family services will be held.
