Obituary for Sherry Evans
Sherry L. Evans, 72, of Pekin passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at UnityPoint Health Pekin.
She was born January 1, 1948 in Pekin to Walter C. and Maxine M. Thomason Evans.
She was preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter, Stacy; sister, Wanda Haulk and brother, Dale Evans.
She is survived by her children, Jerry (Tracy) Stoneburner Jr., Scotty Stoneburner; grandchildren, Bryce, J., Jordan, B., Colton, Caytlyn; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Jared, Piper, Silas and siblings, Sandra (Ron) Shults and Michael (Peggy) Evans.
Sherry last worked at Walmart; retiring in 2010. She enjoyed fishing, crafts, crocheting and riding on motorcycles. She loved her family and she will be greatly missed.
Per her wish’s cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
