Obituary for Sharron E. Darnell-Ford
Sharron E. Darnell-Ford, 80, of Chillicothe passed away Saturday, August 27, 2022, at her residence.
She was born March 18, 1942, in Peoria to Howard and Pauline LaCock. Her parents; adoptive parents, Virginia and Melvin Blankenship and brothers, Duane LaCock and Eugene LaCock preceded her in death.
She married Randy C. Ford October 19, 1995, in Washington, IL; he survives. She is also survived by her children, Virgil Harvey “Curt” (Andi) Darnell Jr., Lori A. (Joseph) Duncan, Patrick E. (Rosalina) Darnell; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and her dog, Kiwi who was always at her side.
Sharron worked as a housekeeper at Georgetown Commons retiring in 2004.
She loved her family, and she was deeply loved by all and will be greatly missed. She enjoyed playing games on the computer, watching Gunsmoke and Fox News.
Cremation has been accorded and private family services will be held.
