Obituary for Sharon E. Braun
Sharon E. Braun, 77, of Peoria Heights passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born January 6, 1947, in Fairbury to Francis and Ima Bernadine Elliott Steers. Her parents and sister, Delores Reed preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, Todd (Tena) Braun, Stacey (Rich) Sherman and grandchildren, Tanner Braun and Trevor Braun.
Sharon worked for OSF retiring in 2009.
She loved her grandchildren and watching their sporting events. She also loved driving her Buick convertible. Sharon enjoyed boating.
Per her wishes cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in her name.
