Sara M. Schwark, 37, of Chillicothe passed away Friday, June 12, 2020 at her residence.
She was born July 31, 1982 in Peoria.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Stacey Hendricks.
She is survived by her brother, Mike Hendricks; three children; fiancée, Jack M. Poole and many friends.
Sara loved dancing, music, cartoons, picking flowers and animals. She was an avid Cubs fan. She enjoyed life to the fullest and treated everyone like family.
Cremation has been accorded and a private celebration of life will be held.
