Obituary for Ronald Malone
Ronald E. Malone 66, of Eureka passed away on Saturday May 15, 2010 at his home. Born in Chicago to Aileen Malone on November 26, 1943. He is survived by his sons: Stuart (Jennifer) Malone of Prophetstown, IL, Austin (Nicki) Malone of Germantown Hills, Floyd Brownlee of Litchfield, KY, brothers: Kimmie Qualls, of Davenport, IA, Terry Qualls of FL, sister Linda Qualls of Pontiac, step-children Michael Myrick of CA, Patricia Boggs, of Goodfield, Lea (Austin) Cranford of Washington, 15 grand and 7 great grandchildren and his ex-wife Joyce Malone of Washington. His parents, sister Carolyn Stevens, 2 grandchildren and daughter Julliard preceded him in death. Ronald worked as a Factory Worker at Eureka Co. in Bloomington. Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday May 22, at the Maple Lawn Memorial Hall, 700 N. Main St. in Eureka. Davey Stafford will officiate. A potluck will follow the service. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in his name. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. Pekin/Peoria is assisting the family with arrangements.
