Obituary for Ronald L. DeWitt
Ronald L. DeWitt, 73, of Eureka passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born November 24, 1946 in Anna to James W. and Ida June Riggs DeWitt. His parents preceded him in death.
He is survived by his children, Ronnie DeWitt, Melinda S. Snare, Viola M. Lyons, Steven A. DeWitt, Ralph B. (Dawnya) DeWitt; twelve grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and siblings, Sharon McCana and Eric DeWitt.
Ronald worked as a truck driver retiring in 1985. He loved his family and riding his motorcycle. He also loved the outdoors and enjoyed feeding the squirrels. Spending time with his grandkids was special for Ronald.
Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date.
