Obituary for Ronald Dale Payne
Ronald “Dale” Payne, 80, of Dunlap, IL passed away at 11:22 a.m. January 9, 2017 surrounded by his family at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Dale was born in Gilliam, MO on October 8, 1936. He married Betty Lodge in Topeka, KS in 1958. She survives; along with his daughter, Kimberly (Bob) Stanley of Peoria, IL: sons, Stephen of Parker, CO and Neil of Peoria, IL. He is also survived by his six grandchildren; two brothers and one sister. Dale was a retired Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force and Vietnam War Veteran. His family will receive friends at the VFW 1505 E. Lake Ave. in Peoria Heights, IL on Friday, January 13, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
