Obituary for Renee G. Bonk
Renee G. Bonk, 67, of Pekin passed away Saturday, July 8, 2023, at her residence.
She was born December 30, 1955, in Illinois to Russell and Winifred Mitchell Myers. Her parents and brother, Ricki Myers Sr., preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sons, Wade Bonk, Travis Bonk; grandchildren, Jonathon Killen, Taylor Bonk, Bryson Bonk; great-grandson, Karson Killen; nephews, Ricki (Darla) Myers, Russell (Nikki) Myers and niece, Tina Renee Myers.
Renee loved her family and her dogs, Zoey, Buddy and her cat, Wrigley. She also loved fishing, mushroom hunting, the beach, and the outdoors. She was an avid Cubs fan. She was an old fashion lady who loved jewelry.
Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at Grace Baptist Church in Pekin. A celebration of life will be held at the church following the service.
Memorials may be made to her grandson, Jonathon Killen, to assist with arrangements.
