Phyllis J. Myers, 76, of East Peoria passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Lakeside Rehab & Healthcare in East Peoria.
She was born November 2, 1944 in Princeton, KY to Raymond Owen and Robbie Evelyn Reddick Noel.
She married Donald Myers; he preceded her in death in 2020. Her parents; sister, Vicky Smith and brother Douglas Noel also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, Michael (Leona) Kelley, Sonja (David) Sharp, Joseph Yntema, Crystal Yntema; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and brother, Roger (Geri) Noel.
Phyllis served in the U.S. Navy and worked for Pekin Insurance retiring in 1998.
She loved her family and her cat, Bella. She enjoyed game night with her friends at the UAW. She loved embroidering, music, dancing and playing Euchre tournaments with her friends and family.
Phyllis was a student of the Holy Bible and she was a member of the Ladies of the Moose.
Cremation has been accorded and a service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 14, 2021 in the chapel at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
