Phillip C. Kohler, 71, of Pekin passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020 at his residence.
He was born July 19, 1949 in Pekin to Carl and Irene Lakebrink Kohler. His parents and brother, Michael Ballowe preceded him in death.
He married Rose Darlene Livengood April 6, 1996 in Pekin; she survives. He is also survived by his children, Patricia Holtan, Angela Kohler; stepchildren, Scott Batterton, Denise Ometzberger, Tom Batterton; grandchildren, Brayden Batterton, Kali Batterton, Caitlyn Ometzberger and siblings, Dennis Kohler, Suzie Ballowe, Keven Ballowe, Josie Ballowe, Barbara Ballowe and Bill Ballowe.
Phillip served in the U.S. Marines and worked for Eaton Corp. He loved woodworking, doing model cars, NASCAR and he was a Dale Earnhardt fan. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and he could fix anything.
Per his wishes cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
