Obituary for Paula L. Slusher
Paula L. Slusher, 70, of Peoria Heights passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at her residence.
She was born October 29, 1952, in Peoria to Art and Alma Fleaner Head.
She married Gary Slusher former owner of C&G Concrete on September 26, 1973, in Peoria; he preceded her in death October 18, 2009. Her parents and nephew, Timothy Harris also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, Denise (Chris Scales) Lowes, Tabitha McCoy, Sean Slusher, Sammy LaBelle; grandchildren, Nike, Whitney, Dallas; sisters, Rita Harris, Robin Dalton and devoted nieces and nephews, Angela, Dan, Chrissy, Tammy, Tommy, Tony, and Dominic.
Paula was the owner operator of Slusher Enterprise and worked in many nursing homes.
She loved caring for others. She helped so many people and she was very thoughtful. Her home was there for anyone who needed a home.
Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date.
