Obituary for Patrick A. O'Neill
Patrick A. O’Neill, 79, of Peoria, Il. passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022, at The Loft Rehabilitation & Nursing in Eureka.
He was born December 17, 1942, in Peoria to Joseph and Letha Sutton O’Neill. His parents and brother, Joseph O’Neill preceded him in death.
He is survived by his daughter, Amy Schmitt and five grandchildren-Emily, Adam, Abby, Sam, and Charlie, and one great grandson-Jermaine.
Patrick was a graduate of Spalding and worked for Pabst Brewing Company until they closed in 1982. He became a Peoria County Sheriff’s Deputy retiring in 1996.
Per his wishes cremation has been accorded and a private family burial will be held.
Memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation in his name.
