Obituary for Patricia Harrop
Patricia Sue (Wallingford) Harrop, 73, of Streator passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017 at UnityPoint Health Methodist in Peoria. She was born May 1, 1944 in Pontiac to Clarence and E. Louise (Bell) Wallingford. She graduated from Pontiac Township High School in 1962 as Valedictorian. She married James Schneckenburger, and divorced. They had two sons Michael and Matthew (Sherry); they survive. She married William “Bill” Harrop Jr. February 21, 1997 who preceded her in death January 13, 2008. She was also preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Robert Wallingford. Pat also has a surviving sister, Betty (Wayne) Schlappi and many nieces and nephews. She was the primary caretaker for her son, Michael for 27 years. Cremation has been accorded and burial will be held at a later date.
