Patricia Ann Fisk, 69, of Pekin passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021, at Aperion Care Morton Villa.
She was born September 6, 1952, in Pekin to Sam and Bonnie Butler Dixon. Her parents; brothers, Marvin Dixon, Jack Dixon, Jimmy Dixon and sister, Marie Dixon preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sister, Jennifer Dixon of Pekin; daughters, Shiloh Green of Pekin, Stormi Green of Pekin; five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Patricia worked at Walmart retiring in 2021.
Cremation has been accorded and per her wishes no services will be held.
