Obituary for Nancy Pease
Nancy Lee Pease, 66, of Peoria Heights passed away Thursday January 19, 2012 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born August 8, 1945 in Peoria to Verlin and Fern Houchens Hammer. She married Donald Pease in Peoria in 1965. He survives along with her children, Tim Pease of Peoria Heights, Joann (Craig) Furst of Mossville; grandson, Cody Furst of Mossville, her pride and joy; brother, Larry Hammer of Hanna City; sister, Barb Roach of Peoria and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Charles Arthur Pease and sister, Pat Etherton. Nancy was a counselor and had her own counseling office. “Gray you must hurry winter is on the way, now you musn’t worry it doesn’t forever stay. Someday it’ll disappear just like all your fears, and the return of Jesus Christ the Almighty Kings of Kings and spring is very near. So we have nothing to fear Jesus will wipe away all our tears because Jesus Christ is right hear, right now!!!!” Written by our wonderful, awesome, lovely, pretty, beautiful, and best mom in the universe, Nancy Lee Pease and her son Tim Pease. Mom may you rest in the presence of God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit!!!! I know mom I will see you someday face to face in Heaven!!!! Isaiah 25:8, He will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from all faces. Cremation has been accorded and services will be held Friday January 27, 2012 at Salvation Army Church, 2903 W. Nebraska Ave., Peoria at 11 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior and also the night before from 6 to 8 p.m. also at the church. Memorials may be made to ocrf.org (Ovarian Cancer Research Fund).
